Ingredients:
- 14 Oz Spaghetti Pasta
- 1.5 Oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tsp Red chili flakes
- 7 Garlic cloves
- 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Handful Fresh Parsley
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- Boil a pot of water and heavily salt it.
- Cook the pasta in that water until almost done.
- Thinly slice the garlic cloves and chop the fresh parsley.
- In a pan add olive oil and sliced garlic, cook for 2 mins, or until its almost golden brown on medium heat.
- Add the chili flakes and salt and cook for 1 min.
- Drain the pasta and reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.
- Add pasta to the olive oil mix.
- Toss well and add the fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
- Add a little of the pasta water if the pasta and oil mix is not mixing properly.
- Serve on a plate and add a little cheese and parsley to garnish.
