Biscoff Banana Bread with Chocolate chips

Ingredients:

  • 3 Bananas, Mashed
  • 1/3 Cup Yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp Butter, Melted
  • 2 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/2 Cup Biscoff Cookie Butter or Peanut butter 
  • 1 3/4 Cup All-purpose Flour
  • 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chip
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar 
  • 12 Biscoff Biscuits, Broken

Direction:

  • Pre-Heat oven to 350° F, grease and line a bread pan.
  • In a large bowl mix all Bananas, Yogurt, Butter, Cookie butter, and eggs. 
  • In a separate bowl whisk together Flour, Baking soda, Salt, Cinnamon, and Sugar.
  • Slowly add the flour mix to the banana mix, Beat the mixture until properly incorporated. 
  • Add 3/4 of the broken biscuits and half of the chocolate chips to the mix and fold them in the mix.
  • Pour the batter in the Bread pan then sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and biscuits on top. 
  • Bake in the oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
