Biscoff Banana Bread with Chocolate chips
Ingredients:
- 3 Bananas, Mashed
- 1/3 Cup Yogurt
- 3 Tbsp Butter, Melted
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 Cup Biscoff Cookie Butter or Peanut butter
- 1 3/4 Cup All-purpose Flour
- 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chip
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 12 Biscoff Biscuits, Broken
Direction:
- Pre-Heat oven to 350° F, grease and line a bread pan.
- In a large bowl mix all Bananas, Yogurt, Butter, Cookie butter, and eggs.
- In a separate bowl whisk together Flour, Baking soda, Salt, Cinnamon, and Sugar.
- Slowly add the flour mix to the banana mix, Beat the mixture until properly incorporated.
- Add 3/4 of the broken biscuits and half of the chocolate chips to the mix and fold them in the mix.
- Pour the batter in the Bread pan then sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and biscuits on top.
- Bake in the oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
