Ingredients:
- 8 Oz Hearts of Palm
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 Tsp Parsley
- 2 Tsp Vegan Mayo
- 1 Tsp Vegan Butter, Melted
- 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Vegan Mayo
- 2 Tbsp Spicy Mustard
- 2 Split Hot dog buns
- 1 Lemon Slice
Directions:
- In a small bowl mix 2 Tbsp of Mayo and Mustard.
- In a big bowl mix together, Lemon Juice, Salt, Black Pepper, Parsley, Mayo, Cayenne Pepper, and Butter.
- Add Hearts of palm and mix until fully combined, Break some of the palms into medium size pieces.
- Toast the hot dog bun from the sides, open it up, and fill it with the mixture.
- Sprinkle some Parsley and Cayenne Pepper on Top.
- Serve with Mayo and Mustard Mixture, and Lemon Slice.
