Vegan Hawaiian Mango Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Baking Soda
  • 3/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup Mango Puree
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup and 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup Apple Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. 
  • In a bowl mix the Flour, Salt, Baking soda, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl mix Mango puree, sugar, oil, apple sauce, and vanilla extract
  • Mix the flour mixture with mango mixture and fully combine them. 
  • Grease a bread pan with oil or butter and flour it.
  • Bake in the oven for 55- 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool for 10 minutes in the pan then transfer to a cooling rack

Notes:

  • Buy mango puree from stores or blend mango pieces until it has the consistency of apple sauce.
  • Refrigerate and warm before eating
  • You can eat it for breakfast with coffee and butter on top of the bread
