Vegan Hawaiian Mango Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 Baking Soda
- 3/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup Mango Puree
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup and 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup Apple Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a bowl mix the Flour, Salt, Baking soda, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl mix Mango puree, sugar, oil, apple sauce, and vanilla extract
- Mix the flour mixture with mango mixture and fully combine them.
- Grease a bread pan with oil or butter and flour it.
- Bake in the oven for 55- 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan then transfer to a cooling rack
Notes:
- Buy mango puree from stores or blend mango pieces until it has the consistency of apple sauce.
- Refrigerate and warm before eating
- You can eat it for breakfast with coffee and butter on top of the bread
