Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Cup Aquafaba or 4 Egg white

Direction:

  • Pre Heat oven to 325° F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl mix coconut, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and Aquafaba.
  • Drop dough 1 inch apart using a round spoon.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
