Ingredients:
- 3 Cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Cup Aquafaba or 4 Egg white
Direction:
- Pre Heat oven to 325° F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl mix coconut, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and Aquafaba.
- Drop dough 1 inch apart using a round spoon.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
