Cheese Stuffed Garlic breads
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Packet Instant Yeast
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 Egg
- 8 Oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Butter melted
- 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- In a large bowl mix 2 cups flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In a microwave-safe bowl combine milk, water, and 1/4 cup butter and warm it for 30 seconds. Make sure the butter is almost melted, it doesn't have to be fully melted.
- Mix that to the flour mix and then add the egg.
- Knead the dough for 2 minutes making sure everything gets combined. Add the rest of the flour and mix until dough forms into a ball.
- Lightly flour your countertop and knead the dough for 6 to 8 minutes, the dough should be smooth and elastic and bounce back when lightly pressed with 2 fingers.
- Transfer the dough into a bowl and cover with a towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Coat a pan with butter or nonstick spray and set aside
- Cut the cheese into 32 pieces or cubes.
- Cut dough into 32 pieces and wrap each piece around the cheese.
- In a small bowl mix, butter, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each dough ball into melted butter mixture.
- Place in the prepared pan and pour any remaining butter over rolls and cover with a towel.
- Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
- Pre-Heat oven to 375°F.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm
