Cheese Stuffed Garlic breads

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Packet Instant Yeast
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 8 Oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Butter melted 
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning 
Direction:
  • In a large bowl mix 2 cups flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. 
  • In a microwave-safe bowl combine milk, water, and 1/4 cup butter and warm it for 30 seconds. Make sure the butter is almost melted, it doesn't have to be fully melted. 
  • Mix that to the flour mix and then add the egg. 
  • Knead the dough for 2 minutes making sure everything gets combined. Add the rest of the flour and mix until dough forms into a ball. 
  • Lightly flour your countertop and knead the dough for 6 to 8 minutes, the dough should be smooth and elastic and bounce back when lightly pressed with 2 fingers.
  • Transfer the dough into a bowl and cover with a towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Coat a pan with butter or nonstick spray and set aside 
  • Cut the cheese into 32 pieces or cubes. 
  • Cut dough into 32 pieces and wrap each piece around the cheese. 
  • In a small bowl mix, butter, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. 
  • Dip each dough ball into melted butter mixture.
  • Place in the prepared pan and pour any remaining butter over rolls and cover with a towel. 
  • Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
  • Pre-Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. 
  • Serve warm
