Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 Cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Chai Spice
- 1 Tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Cinamon
- 2 Tbsp Sugar (Coating)
- 1 Tsp Chai Spice (coating)
- Pre-Heat Oven to 350° F and grease a cookie sheet.
- In a large bowl beat butter and both sugar until creamy.
- Add Pumpkin Puree, Vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
- In a medium bowl whisk together all the dry ingredients
- Add the flour mix to the butter mixture and fully combine it.
- In a small bowl mix sugar and chai spice for coating.
- Roll the dough into small balls
- Rool each ball in the coating and place on cookie sheet a few inches apart and slightly flatten them.
- Bake for 8 - 10 minutes and let them cool.
