Pumpkin Chai Spice Cookies

 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup White Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Chai Spice
  • 1 Tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinamon
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar (Coating)
  • 1 Tsp Chai Spice (coating)

    Direction:
    • Pre-Heat Oven to 350° F and grease a cookie sheet.
    • In a large bowl beat butter and both sugar until creamy.
    • Add Pumpkin Puree, Vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
    • In a medium bowl whisk together all the dry ingredients
    • Add the flour mix to the butter mixture and fully combine it.
    • In a small bowl mix sugar and chai spice for coating. 
    • Roll the dough into small balls 
    • Rool each ball in the coating and place on cookie sheet a few inches apart and slightly flatten them.
    • Bake for 8 - 10 minutes and let them cool.
