Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup & 2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 32 Pieces of KitKat bars
- 1/4 Cup Semisweet Chocolate
- 1/4 Cup Butter
Directions:
- Pre-Heat Oven to 350° F and grease a baking pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl add butter, Sugar, Cocoa powder, and salt.
- Microwave for 1 minute, stir well then microwave for 1 more minute.
- Mix well then add vanilla extract and eggs.
- Add in flour and fold it in until fully combined.
- Add chocolate chips and fold them in the batter.
- Spoon half the batter into the baking pan.
- Place KitKats on top, then spoon the remaining batter making sure to cover all the KitKats.
- Leave 8 KitKat bars for later use.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely for 30 minutes.
- In a Microwave safe bowl heat up the butter and chocolate.
- Pour the mixture over the brownie.
- Break up the remaining KitKat bars and sprinkle over the top.
