Gamja Bokkeum

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Potato, Julienned
  • 1/2 Onion, Julienned
  • 1/4 Cup Carrots, Julienned
  • 1/4 Cup Green Pepper, Julienned
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sesame Seed
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Directions:

  • Soak the potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes.
  • Use a paper towel or cloth to pat dry the potatoes
  • In a wok heat up the oil and cook potatoes for a few minutes.
  • Stirring often the potatoes often.
  • Add the rest of the veggies and cook until the vegetables are tender and seem cooked.
  • Keep stirring while it cooks so vegetables don't get stuck.
  • Add salt and pepper to it and stir until mixed.
  • Serve and top with sesame seeds.
