Ingredients:
- 1 Large Potato, Julienned
- 1/2 Onion, Julienned
- 1/4 Cup Carrots, Julienned
- 1/4 Cup Green Pepper, Julienned
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame Seed
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions:
- Soak the potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes.
- Use a paper towel or cloth to pat dry the potatoes
- In a wok heat up the oil and cook potatoes for a few minutes.
- Stirring often the potatoes often.
- Add the rest of the veggies and cook until the vegetables are tender and seem cooked.
- Keep stirring while it cooks so vegetables don't get stuck.
- Add salt and pepper to it and stir until mixed.
- Serve and top with sesame seeds.
