Strawberry Butter

Ingredients:

  • 10 Ounce Strawberries
  • 1 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cup Butter, Room Temperature

Directions: 

  • In a food processor pulse strawberries until chopped.
  • Add butter and 1/2 cup of sugar, pulse until blended.
  • Transfer to a bowl. add in remaining sugar and mix until blended. 
  • Add more sugar if needed and store in a refrigerator.
