Ingredients:
- 4 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Cardomom Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 Safforan Strands
Directions:
- Boil the milk in a large non-stick pan, stirring occasionally.
- Lower the heat and let the milk simmer on medium heat.
- Once a layer forms on top move that layer to the side of the pan.
- Stir the milk making sure no fat is sticking to the bottom.
- Repeat this for 30 minutes or once half the milk has been reduced.
- Mix in the sugar, cinnamon, safforon, and cardamom.
- Turn up the heat and bring the mixutre to boil.
- Mix in the milk layers from side of the pan.
- Transfer to a bowl and lower the temprature of your mixture.
- Put the bowl in a large bowl filled with ice and stir until room temp.
- Transger to a container and chill for couple hours.
- Garnish with some dried nuts before serving.
