Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb Chicken
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger, Minced
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic, Minced
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  • Cut some gashes in chicken pieces.
  • Transfer chicken to a bowl.
  • Add yogurt, turmeric, red chili, ginger, garlic, and salt.
  • Mix it all up making sure to massage the marinade to the chicken.
  • Let the chicken marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Cook on grill until internal temp is 165 F and you have some char marks on the chicken.
