Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Chicken
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger, Minced
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic, Minced
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Cut some gashes in chicken pieces.
- Transfer chicken to a bowl.
- Add yogurt, turmeric, red chili, ginger, garlic, and salt.
- Mix it all up making sure to massage the marinade to the chicken.
- Let the chicken marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Cook on grill until internal temp is 165 F and you have some char marks on the chicken.
