Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Kimchi
- 1/4 Cup Cucumber, Thinly Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Carrots, Julienned
- 1 Egg, Fried
- 2 Tbsp Green Onions
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seed
- 1/2 Tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Salt
Directions:
- In a small bowl toss cucumber, carrots, vinegar, salt, and sugar.
- In a pan sautee kimchi for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, and top with cucumber, carrots, kimchi, green onions, kimchi, egg, and sesame seed.
- Add some sriracha sauce to add spiciness to your bibimbap.
