Bibimbap

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Kimchi
  • 1/4 Cup Cucumber, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Carrots, Julienned
  • 1 Egg, Fried
  • 2 Tbsp Green Onions
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seed
  • 1/2 Tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Salt

Directions:

  • In a small bowl toss cucumber, carrots, vinegar, salt, and sugar.
  • In a pan sautee kimchi for 2 minutes.
  • Assemble the bowl with rice, and top with cucumber, carrots, kimchi, green onions, kimchi, egg, and sesame seed.
  • Add some sriracha sauce to add spiciness to your bibimbap.
