Ingredients:
- 2 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tsp Ginger, Minced
- 2 Tsp Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Gochugaru Pepper
- 2 Cups Vegetable Stock
- 1 Egg, Boiled
- 1 Pack Raman Noodles
- 1/2 Cup Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Corn
- 1/2 Cup Carrots
- 1 Tbsp Green Onion
- Sesame Seeds
Directions:
- Heat sesame oil in a large pot.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for few minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, rice wine, gochugaru, and stock.
- Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook Raman noodles according to package instructions.
- In a separate pot heat up water and cook, spinach, corn and carrots one by one.
- Boil each item for few minutes or until seems cooked.
- Cut the egg in half, lengthwise.
- Transfer the broth to a serving bowl.
- Add Raman and top with all other ingredients.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds and green onion.
