Ingredients:
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1/3 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Hazelnut, Chopped
- 1/8 Tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
Directions:
- Heat up a medium non stick pan on medium- low heat
- Add milk, condensed milk, and chocolate chips.
- Mix until it's fully melted and smooth.
- Add cinnamon powder and mix.
- Turn off the heat and mix graham cracker crumbs.
- Halfway through mixing add the hazelnut.
- Mix until it forms into a dough.
- Transfer to a plate and let it cool.
- Grease modak mold with ghee and use portions of the dough to make modak shape.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar, then serve.
