Chocolate Hazelnut Modak

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Hazelnut, Chopped
  • 1/8 Tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar

Directions:

  • Heat up a medium non stick pan on medium- low heat
  • Add milk, condensed milk, and chocolate chips.
  • Mix until it's fully melted and smooth.
  • Add cinnamon powder and mix.
  • Turn off the heat and mix graham cracker crumbs.
  • Halfway through mixing add the hazelnut. 
  • Mix until it forms into a dough.
  • Transfer to a plate and let it cool.
  • Grease modak mold with ghee and use portions of the dough to make modak shape.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar, then serve.
