Ingredients:
- 4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Cup Cold Butter
- 1 1/3 Cup Cold Milk
Directions:
- Whisk flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Toss in cubed cold butter and coat in the flour mixture.
- Rub butter pieces between your finger to work the butter into the flour.
- Keep doing it until the butter is almost pea size.
- Fold milk into the flour mix, until most of it is moist.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface.
- Flour your hands then pat the mix into rectangles.
- Fold the dough in half two times.
- Pat the dough into a rectangle and repeat 3 more times.
- Roll the dough about 1 inch then cut into the desired shape.
- Transfer the pieces to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze them for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425 F and bake the biscuits for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
