Mini chocolate cakes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup hot coffee
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. 
  • In a large bowl mix sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add yogurt, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix for 1 minute then add hot coffee.
  • Mix until its combined.
  • Grease 4 ramekins with butter or oil.
  • Fill each ramekin 3/4 of the way.
  • Bake for 15- 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes:

  • The coffee is to make the cocoa flavor intensify.
  • Use hot water if no coffee is available 
  • yogurt is an egg substitute, use 1 egg if you don't have yogurt
  • I had mini ramekin for my cakes if you don't have that use muffin pan
