Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup hot coffee
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl mix sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add yogurt, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Mix for 1 minute then add hot coffee.
- Mix until its combined.
- Grease 4 ramekins with butter or oil.
- Fill each ramekin 3/4 of the way.
- Bake for 15- 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- The coffee is to make the cocoa flavor intensify.
- Use hot water if no coffee is available
- yogurt is an egg substitute, use 1 egg if you don't have yogurt
- I had mini ramekin for my cakes if you don't have that use muffin pan
