Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 Cup Warm Milk
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Pack Active Dry Yeast
- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Butter Softened
Direction:
- In a bowl combine 1 cup milk with yeast and sugar mix well and rest for 5 minutes.
- Mix Flour and salt to the yeast mix.
- Knead for some time then add 1/4 cup milk.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes or until the dough turns soft.
- Add the butter and knead until the butter is properly combined.
- Tuck the dough and place in a bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and rest for 1 hour.
- The dough should double in size. punch the dough then cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Grease the baking tray with butter.
- Take each dough piece and make a ball, make sure to tuck the dough so there are no scars.
- Place each ball into the tray leaving some space between them.
- Brush some milk on the dough and cover with plastic wrap and rest for 20 mins
- Preheat oven to 360° F
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown from top.
- Spread some butter on the bread once they are out of the oven,
