Cookie Icing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4  Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 2- 3 Tbs Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
  • Food coloring ( Optional ) 

Direction:

  • Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and syrup is created.
  • In a separate bowl mix milk and confectioner Sugar. 
  • beat until it's smooth, add more milk if needed.
  • Add vanilla and 2 Tsp of sugar syrup.
  • Add more syrup if the mixture is too thick.
  • Add food coloring to the mix if needed.
