Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 Cup warm water
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Active Dry Yeast
- 3/4 Tbsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
Direction:
- In a big bowl combine Water, Sugar, and Yeast.
- Let the mix stand for 5 minutes or until you see bubble and foam.
- Add salt, oil, and 6 cups of flour to it and mix until soft ball forms.
- Remove the mix from the bowl to a floured surface and kneed for 3 minutes
- Add more flour if the dough is too sticky
- Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl and cover with a towel for one hour
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces
- Roll each dough into a breadstick
- In a small bowl combine the Parmesan cheese and Italian Seasoning
- Spread the mixture on a flat surface
- Roll each Dough stick on the mixture covering the top of the stick
- Grease and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Transfer each dough stick on to cookie sheets and cover with a towel.
- let the sticks rest for 1 hour.
- Pre-Heat oven to 375° F
- Bake for 15 - 20 mins or until the bread is golden brown
- Remove from oven and slather with some melted butter.
