Football Muffins

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup M&M 
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Direction:
  • Pre Heat oven to 350° F  and line a muffin tin with paper cups or spray with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl whisk together Flou, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cocoa Powder, and Salt.
  • In a Separate Bowl whisk Sugar and Yogurt, Mix until combined and smooth.
  • Add Oil, Milk, and Vanilla Extract and mix well.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  • Mix gently with a spatula or spoon, you should have a thick mixture with some lumps. 
  • Fold in the M&M's and mix to get it evenly distributed.
  • Portion the batter evenly in muffin tins.
  • Bake for 18 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
