Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1/4 Cup Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup M&M
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Pre Heat oven to 350° F and line a muffin tin with paper cups or spray with cooking spray.
- In a bowl whisk together Flou, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cocoa Powder, and Salt.
- In a Separate Bowl whisk Sugar and Yogurt, Mix until combined and smooth.
- Add Oil, Milk, and Vanilla Extract and mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Mix gently with a spatula or spoon, you should have a thick mixture with some lumps.
- Fold in the M&M's and mix to get it evenly distributed.
- Portion the batter evenly in muffin tins.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
