Spicy Masala Fried Rice

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Medium Red onion
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes
  • 2 Long green Chillies
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2- 3 Bay Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 Tsp Garam Masala
Direction:
  • Dice Onion, Tomatoes and Chillies.
  • In a Non-Stick Pan heat up oil and add onions, Chillies and Ginger garlic paste.
  • Sautee for few mins then add tomatoes and Salt.
  • Add in Bay Leaves and cook for 4 mins.
  • Add Chili Powder, Peprika and Garam Masala.
  • Add Rice and Saute for Couple Mins then serve with lemon.
