Strawberry Frosting Chocolate Donut

Ingredients:

    • 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
    • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
    • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
    • 1/2 Tsp Salt
    • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
    • 1 Egg
    • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
    • 3 Tbsp Milk
    • 1 Tbsp Melted Butter
    • 1 Tsp Strawberry Extract
    • 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
    • 2 Tbsp Milk ( for Glaze)
    • 2 Tsp Strawberry Extract 
    • 2 - 3 Drops Red Food Coloring 
    Direction:
    • Pre-heat Over to 400° F and spray a donut pan with cooking spray.
    • In a big bowl mix all the Dry Ingredients 
    • Add Egg, Sour Cream, Milk, Butter, and Strawberry Extract.
    • Mix until fully incorporated and scoop into Donut pan.
    • Bake for 10 minutes or until the donuts spring back when touched.
    • Remove from the pan and let it cool.
    • In a small bowl mix Powdered sugar, Milk, Strawberry Extract, and Red Food Coloring.
    • Once the donuts are cool dip the top of the donuts in the glaze and cool on the rack to harden.
