Ingredients:
- 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 3 Tbsp Milk
- 1 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 Tsp Strawberry Extract
- 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Milk ( for Glaze)
- 2 Tsp Strawberry Extract
- 2 - 3 Drops Red Food Coloring
- Pre-heat Over to 400° F and spray a donut pan with cooking spray.
- In a big bowl mix all the Dry Ingredients
- Add Egg, Sour Cream, Milk, Butter, and Strawberry Extract.
- Mix until fully incorporated and scoop into Donut pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the donuts spring back when touched.
- Remove from the pan and let it cool.
- In a small bowl mix Powdered sugar, Milk, Strawberry Extract, and Red Food Coloring.
- Once the donuts are cool dip the top of the donuts in the glaze and cool on the rack to harden.
