Ingredients:
- 1 Cup & 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Softened unsalted Butter
- 1 Ripe Banna
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
- In a bowl whisk together Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt.
- In a large bowl cream together butter, Bananas, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the Vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Mix in the Flour mixture and then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350° F and spray the cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Scoop cookie dough onto the cookie sheets and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top.
