Ingredients:
- Cookie Dough
- 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- Pre-Heat oven to 350° F & place paper liners in the muffin pan.
- Scoop 1 Tbsp of cookie dough and roll into a ball.
- Place the ball in a muffin pan and gently press to flatten it.
- Bake for 10 minutes to partially cook the dough.
- In a large bowl cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
- Add in the egg and vanilla and mix until well incorporated.
- Fold in the Chocolate chips and spoon onto the lined cups and fill it 3/4 of the way.
- Bake for 20 minutes and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan and top with whip cream and some chocolate.
