Chocolate Chip Cookie Mini Cheese Cake

 Ingredients:

  • Cookie Dough 
  • 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Direction:
  • Pre-Heat oven to 350° F & place paper liners in the muffin pan.
  • Scoop 1 Tbsp of cookie dough and roll into a ball.
  • Place the ball in a muffin pan and gently press to flatten it.
  • Bake for 10 minutes to partially cook the dough.
  • In a large bowl cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla and mix until well incorporated.
  • Fold in the Chocolate chips and spoon onto the lined cups and fill it 3/4 of the way.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and top with whip cream and some chocolate.
