Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Unsalted Butter, Room Temp
- 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs, Room Temp
- 2 Tsp Raspberry Extract
- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 Tsp Salt
- 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Raspberries
- Preheat the oven to 350° F and spray the cookie sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl mix butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add Eggs and Raspberry Extract and mix until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl whisk together Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt.
- Rinse and dry the raspberries, then gently toss them using some of the flour mixtures and set aside.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until just combined
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and raspberries.
- Scoop Cookie dough balls onto the baking sheet, keep them a couple of inches apart.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
