Chocolate Chip Shamrock Cheesecake

 

 Ingredients:

  • Oreos, pulsed into crumbs
  • 12 Oz Cheam Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Cool Whip
  • Green Food Coloring
  • Chocolate Chip
Direction:
  • Using a blender pulse Oreos until you have crumbs, Evenly distribute the crumbs to glasses. 
  • In a large bowl combine cream cheese and sugar, beat it with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  • Add in the peppermint extract and cool whip, mix until fully combined.
  • Add in few drops of green food coloring mix using a spatula.
  • Put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Spoon or pipe the mixture evenly into glasses. 
  • Top with mini chocolate chips.
