Ingredient :
- 1 1/2 Cup Cooked Rice
- 4 Tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Carrots
- 1/4 Cup Finley Chopped Onion
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Peas
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Egg Lightly Beaten
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- In a large wok, heat 1 Tsp of Oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and carrot to the pan and cook for 3 to 5 mins.
- Add red pepper and cook for 2 minutes, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Mix salt & Pepper and place the veggies in a bowl.
- Heat up 1 tsp of oil in a wok and add the egg.
- Season the egg with salt & pepper and cook and break the egg until the eggs are scrambled and cooked.
- Add rice, veggies, and Peas to the eggs.
- Stir in the soy sauce, remaining oil, and some salt & Pepper.
- Mix gently until everything is thoroughly combined.
