Egg Fried Rice

 Ingredient :

  • 1 1/2 Cup Cooked Rice
  • 4 Tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1/4 Cup Finley Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Egg Lightly Beaten
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Direction :

  • In a large wok, heat 1 Tsp of Oil over medium heat.
  • Add onion and carrot to the pan and cook for 3 to 5 mins.
  • Add red pepper and cook for 2 minutes, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Mix salt & Pepper and place the veggies in a bowl.
  • Heat up 1 tsp of oil in a wok and add the egg.
  • Season the egg with salt & pepper and cook and break the egg until the eggs are scrambled and cooked.
  • Add rice, veggies, and Peas to the eggs.
  • Stir in the soy sauce, remaining oil, and some salt & Pepper.
  • Mix gently until everything is thoroughly combined.
