Ingredient :
For Cheesecake:
- 18 Oreos
- 3 Tbs Butter ( Melted )
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 3/4 Cup Nutella
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
For Cream Cheese FROSTING:
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 4 Oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- Handful Chocolate Chips
Direction :
For Cheesecake:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F and line the muffin pan.
- In a Blender, Pulse the Oreos and melted butter.
- Spoon the Oreo mixture in the muffin tin and press down to create a crust.
- Bake the crust for 5 to 6 mins.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Nutella, Eggs, and Sugar.
- Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the mix in muffin pan filling each mold 3/4 of the way full.
- Bake for 20 to 22 mins or until the tops have slightly cracked.
- Cool for 15 minutes then top it with frosting.
For Cream Cheese FROSTING:
- In a bowl, mix butter and cream cheese until combined
- Add powder sugar, salt, and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.
- Top the cheesecake with frosting then sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
