Mini Nutella Cheesecake

 

Ingredient : 

For Cheesecake:

  • 18 Oreos
  • 3 Tbs Butter ( Melted )
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 3/4 Cup Nutella
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

For Cream Cheese FROSTING:

  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • Handful Chocolate Chips

Direction :

For Cheesecake:

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F and line the muffin pan.
  • In a Blender, Pulse the Oreos and melted butter.
  • Spoon the Oreo mixture in the muffin tin and press down to create a crust.
  • Bake the crust for 5 to 6 mins.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Nutella, Eggs, and Sugar.
  • Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  • Pour the mix in muffin pan filling each mold 3/4 of the way full.
  • Bake for 20 to 22 mins or until the tops have slightly cracked.
  • Cool for 15 minutes then top it with frosting.

For Cream Cheese FROSTING:

  • In a bowl, mix butter and cream cheese until combined
  • Add powder sugar, salt, and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.
  • Top the cheesecake with frosting then sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
