Surti Makhaniya

 

 Ingredient :

  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 5 1/2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds

Direction :

  • In a bowl, Mix Flours, Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder, and Jeera.
  • Add Butter and Yogurt to this mix.
  • Pre-Heat oven to 350° F and grease a cookie sheet. 
  • Turn the dough into small balls and put on the cookie sheets leaving 1-inch space in between. 
  • Bake for 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.
