Ingredients:
- 2 Cans of Black Beans Rinsed and Drained
- 1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
- 1/2 Cup Onions Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Green Pepper Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Chili Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions:
- In a large bowl add all the ingredients except for olive oil.
- Use a fork or potato masher to mash the beans and ingredients to desired texture
- Mix everything properly and form patties of the desired size.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil at medium-high heat.
- Cook patties in batches for around 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Serve the patties on toasted buns with Fiery Fruit Salsa, and Cheese.
