Butter Pecan Cookies


Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Cup chopped Pecans
  • 1/4 Cup Toffee Bits 

Directions:

  • In a bowl cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs, vanilla, and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Add flour, cinnamon, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in pecans and toffee bits.
  • Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Scoop and roll small portions of the dough into balls.
  • Place on baking trays lined with parchment paper.
  • bake for 11 to 14 minutes or until they are golden brown.
