Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 Cup chopped Pecans
- 1/4 Cup Toffee Bits
Directions:
- In a bowl cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and mix until fully incorporated.
- Add flour, cinnamon, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and mix until just combined.
- Fold in pecans and toffee bits.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Scoop and roll small portions of the dough into balls.
- Place on baking trays lined with parchment paper.
- bake for 11 to 14 minutes or until they are golden brown.
