Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread
Ingredients:.
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 3 Large Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Cinamon
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- In a medium bowl whisk together Flour, Salt, Cinamon, Baking Soda, and Baking Powder.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl beat eggs then add Pumpkin puree and beat until fully incorporated.
- Add Sugar and Oil and mix until fully combined.
- Add the flour mixture gradually and make sure it is properly combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and transfer to a greased bread pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in middle.
