Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients:.

  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  •  1 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Cinamon
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions: 

  • In a medium bowl whisk together Flour, Salt, Cinamon, Baking Soda, and Baking Powder.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  • In a large bowl beat eggs then add Pumpkin puree and beat until fully incorporated.
  • Add Sugar and Oil and mix until fully combined.
  • Add the flour mixture gradually and make sure it is properly combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and transfer to a greased bread pan.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in middle.
