Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 Clove Galic, Minced
  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • White Pepper

Directions:

  • In a medium saucepan, heat butter until melted on medium-low heat.
  • Add garlic and flour, cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until u smell the garlic and the color of the mix changes slightly.
  • Whisk in a little milk at a time and mix it properly. 
  • Repeat until all the milk is added to the flour mix.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  • Add a handful of parmesan cheese at a time, and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Add Salt and Pepper to taste and mix.
