Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Clove Galic, Minced
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- 2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
- Salt
- White Pepper
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan, heat butter until melted on medium-low heat.
- Add garlic and flour, cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until u smell the garlic and the color of the mix changes slightly.
- Whisk in a little milk at a time and mix it properly.
- Repeat until all the milk is added to the flour mix.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add a handful of parmesan cheese at a time, and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste and mix.
