Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Chickpea
- 1/2 Tomato, Julienned
- 1/2 Cucumber, Julienned
- 1/2 Onion, Julienned
- 1 Tsp Lime Juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
Directions:
- In a bowl mix Chickpea, Tomato, Cucumber, Onion.
- Add Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, and Lime Juice.
- Taste and adjust seaosnings.
- Serve and Top with Feta Cheese.
