Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 Medium Eggs or 1 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Head Cauliflower, Chopped into bite-size florets.
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- 1/2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tsp Corn starch
- 2 Tbsp Sliced Scallions
- Pre-Heat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a large bowl, Combine flour and cauliflower, toss until coated.
- Dip cauliflower in beaten eggs then fully coat it with bread crumbs.
- Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water, mix until cornstarch is dissolved.
- In a small saucepan mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, lime juice, and sriracha.
- Heat it up until simmering, add cornstarch mixture.
- Bring to simmer again and cook until sauce thickens.
- Toss the cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Bake the cauliflower on broil for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with Scallions and serve hot.
