Honey Garlic Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Medium Eggs or 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Head Cauliflower, Chopped into bite-size florets.
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tsp Corn starch
  • 2 Tbsp Sliced Scallions

Directions:

  • Pre-Heat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • In a large bowl, Combine flour and cauliflower, toss until coated.
  • Dip cauliflower in beaten eggs then fully coat it with bread crumbs.
  • Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper. 
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water, mix until cornstarch is dissolved.
  • In a small saucepan mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, lime juice, and sriracha.
  • Heat it up until simmering, add cornstarch mixture.
  • Bring to simmer again and cook until sauce thickens.
  • Toss the cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
  • Bake the cauliflower on broil for 2 minutes. 
  • Garnish with Scallions and serve hot.
