Ingredients:
- 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Fine Almond Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1/3 Cup Butter Melted
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Almonds
- 2 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
Directions:
- In a bowl Sift all-purpose flour, Almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk to combine them.
- Add Butter and Vanilla Extract to the bowl.
- Mix until dough forms then cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350 F, and line cookie trays with parchment paper.
- Take 2 Tsp of dough roll into a ball, place an almond on the center of the dough.
- Lightly flatten the dough on a cookie tray, repeat until all the dough is used.
- Brush with some honey or maple syrup.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
