Ingredients:
- 12 Oz Udon Noodles
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 Onion, Julienned
- 1 Bell Pepper, Julienned
- 1/2 Cup Carrot, Julienned
- 1/4 Cup Celery, Julienned
Directions:
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Sugar, and Sesame Oil
- Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan or wok.
- Add garlic and onion frying for 1 minute.
- Add bell pepper, carrots, and celery.
- Cook for 30 Seconds or until veggies is a little tender.
- Add the noodles to the noodles to vegetables and 2 Tbsp of water.
- Mix and cook until most of the water is gone.
- Add the rest of the Oil and stir.
- Pour the sauce mix into the noodles, stir and mix until everything is fully coated.
- Add salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve and garnish with green onions or sesame seed.
