White Cheddar Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 8 Oz Macaroni Pasta
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cups Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp White Pepper
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced 

Directions:

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  • In a large pot heat up the butter.
  • Add garlic, and flour, cooking for 1 minute on medium heat. 
  • Add milk and heavy cream slowly to the flour whisking continuously.
  • Let the mixture cook and get thick for a few minutes.
  • Add cheese and stir until cheese is fully melted and mixed with the milk mix.
  • Whisk in the salt and pepper.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce.
  • Garnish with breadcrumbs or green onions before serving.
