White Cheddar Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
- 8 Oz Macaroni Pasta
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cups Milk
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 2 Cups Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp White Pepper
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
Directions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large pot heat up the butter.
- Add garlic, and flour, cooking for 1 minute on medium heat.
- Add milk and heavy cream slowly to the flour whisking continuously.
- Let the mixture cook and get thick for a few minutes.
- Add cheese and stir until cheese is fully melted and mixed with the milk mix.
- Whisk in the salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce.
- Garnish with breadcrumbs or green onions before serving.
