Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 1/2 Head Cauliflower, Chopped into bite-size florets.
- 8 Oz Hot Sauce
- 1 Oz Butter
- 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- Pre-Heat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a large bowl, Combine flour and cauliflower, toss until coated.
- Dip cauliflower in beaten eggs then fully coat it with bread crumbs.
- Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small saucepan, simmer hot sauce, butter, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.
- Toss the cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Bake the cauliflower on broil for 2 minutes.
Notes: Frying or air frying instead of baking cauliflower is also good. After you coat with sauce bake or just heat on a grill. don't fry after the sauce is added.
