Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
Directions:
- Pre-Heat oven to 425 F.
- In a bowl whisk together, 2 1/2 cup flour, salt, soda.
- Add Buttermilk and mix until a dough forms.
- Dust a flat surface with some of the flour.
- Transfer the dough to the surface and knead the dough.
- Add the remaining dough a little at a time.
- The dough should be firm and not sticky.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or cast-iron skillet.
- Dust with flour on top and make an X on top of the dough.
- bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
