Ingredients:
- 3/4 Tsp Yeast
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Warm Water
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Farino Flour
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
Directions:
- In a small bowl mix together Sugar, Yeast, and Water.
- In a large bowl mix together Flour and Salt.
- Mix in the yeast water slowly and mix until its combined.
- Transfer dough to flat surface sprinkled with flour.
- Knead and add more flour if needed. the flour should not be too sticky
- Knead for 3 to 5 minutes until soft.
- Transfer the dough to bowl and coat in oil.
- Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough in 2 pieces.
- Brush a baking sheet with oil.
- Shape the pieces of dough in to rectangle bread shape.
- Place the bread on baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap
- Let it rise for 60 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Pre heat oven to 350 F.
- Score the top of bread with a knife.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
