Ingredients:
- 1 Mango, Peeled and Diced
- 1/2 Red Onion, Diced
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Jalapeno, Diced
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tsp Ginger, Minced
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
Directions:
- In a medium, pot add all the ingredients.
- Heat up on medium-high heat.
- Stir it occasionally.
- Sugar should be dissolved, mangoes browned a little.
- Transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse it a few times.
