Ingredient :
For Cupcakes:
- 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
For Salted Caramel Cream Cheese FROSTING:
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 4 Oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Salted Caramel Sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350° F and line the muffin pan.
- In a large bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and soda.
- In a small bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla extract.
- make a well in the flour mixture and pour the egg mix and buttermilk into it.
- Mix until smooth and fully combined. Don't overmix.
- Pour the mix into a muffin pan filling each mold 1/2 of the way full.
- Bake for 20 to 22 mins or until the toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
- Cool for 15 minutes then top it with frosting.
For Salted Caramel Cream Cheese FROSTING:
- In a bowl, mix butter and cream cheese until combined
- Add powder sugar, salt, caramel sauce, and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.
- Top the cupcakes with frosting then top with your favorite sprinkles or chocolate.
