Pineapple Grilled Panner Kababs

Ingredients:

  • 2 Lbs. Paneer, Cubed
  • 1 Lbs. Pineapple, cut in 1-inch chunks
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Medium Onion, Quartered
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Pepper

Directions:

  • In a bowl mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, onion, vinegar, sugar, and pepper.
  • In a zip lock bag, add the juice mix and paneer cubes. 
  • Place the bag in refrigerator overnight or for 2 hours.
  • Using a large colander separate the marinade and paneer & onions.
  • Heat up your grill and start skewering the paneer, onions, and pineapple.
  • Grill the skewers until all sides are cooked and charred. 
  • In a pot simmer the marinade mixture until its reduced about half. 
  • Brush the marinade on the cooked paneer skewers.
  • Serve with some rice or salad.
