Pineapple Grilled Panner Kababs
Ingredients:
- 2 Lbs. Paneer, Cubed
- 1 Lbs. Pineapple, cut in 1-inch chunks
- 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 6 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Medium Onion, Quartered
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Pepper
Directions:
- In a bowl mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, onion, vinegar, sugar, and pepper.
- In a zip lock bag, add the juice mix and paneer cubes.
- Place the bag in refrigerator overnight or for 2 hours.
- Using a large colander separate the marinade and paneer & onions.
- Heat up your grill and start skewering the paneer, onions, and pineapple.
- Grill the skewers until all sides are cooked and charred.
- In a pot simmer the marinade mixture until its reduced about half.
- Brush the marinade on the cooked paneer skewers.
- Serve with some rice or salad.
