Ingredients:
- 4 Large Tomato
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/4 Medium Onion
- 4 Cilantro
- 3 Serrano Chilies
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Tbsp Oil
Directions:
- Cut tomatoes in half and remove green part.
- Peel garlic and onions skin.
- Deseed and cut chilies lengthwise.
- Massage some oil around all these vegetables and place on baking sheet.
- Broil these for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly charred.
- Let them cool and transfer to blender.
- Add Cilantro and salt
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Adjust Salt based on taste.
Notes:
- Use Jalapeno for slightly less spicy salsa & Habanero for a Spicer salsa.
