Ingredients:
- 2 Corn Tortilla
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Tbsp Salsa Roja
- 2 Tbsp Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Warm up the tortillas on a pan.
- Heat up a skillet, and melt some oil or butter in it.
- Crack the egg and let it cook on a low flame.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and cheese on top.
- Cover and let it cook.
- On a plate stack the tortillas.
- Spread salsa on top of the tortilla.
- Top with the fried egg.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
