Anda Ghotala ( Egg Curry)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg, Fried Sunny side up
  • 1 Egg, Boiled
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger, Minced
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Directions:

  • In a frying pan Heat up oil.
  • Add Onions, garlic, and ginger.
  • Cook Until soft, then add tomatoes.
  • Add all the spices to the mix
  • Taste and add salt if needed.
  • Grate the boiled egg into the gravy.
  • Turn off the heat then add the raw egg to gravy.
  • Mix until fully combined.
  • Serve in a bowl or dish then top with fried egg.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve with bread.
