Anda Ghotala ( Egg Curry)
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg, Fried Sunny side up
- 1 Egg, Boiled
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Onion, Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Tomato, Chopped
- 1 Tsp Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger, Minced
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
- Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
Directions:
- In a frying pan Heat up oil.
- Add Onions, garlic, and ginger.
- Cook Until soft, then add tomatoes.
- Add all the spices to the mix
- Taste and add salt if needed.
- Grate the boiled egg into the gravy.
- Turn off the heat then add the raw egg to gravy.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Serve in a bowl or dish then top with fried egg.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with bread.
