Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Kimchi
- 2 Slice Sourdough Bread
- 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Slice of Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tsp Gochujang or Siracha Sauce
- 1/4 Tsp Sesame Seed
- 1 Tbsp Green onion
Directions:
- Sautee the kimchi in a small pan.
- In a non-stick pan heat up some butter on medium.
- Place down slices of bread.
- Place one slice of cheese on each bread.
- Spread Gochujang on top of the cheese.
- Place Kimchi on top of one slice.
- Top other side with green onions.
- Sprinkle some Sesame seed on both slices.
- Cover and let the cheese melt and the bread get toasted.
- Close the sandwich, cut it in half, and serve with Honey
