Kimchi Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp Kimchi
  • 2 Slice Sourdough Bread
  • 1 Slice of  Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Slice of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tsp Gochujang or Siracha Sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Sesame Seed
  • 1 Tbsp Green onion

Directions:

  • Sautee the kimchi in a small pan.
  • In a non-stick pan heat up some butter on medium.
  • Place down slices of bread.
  • Place one slice of cheese on each bread.
  • Spread Gochujang on top of the cheese.
  • Place Kimchi on top of one slice.
  • Top other side with green onions.
  • Sprinkle some Sesame seed on both slices.
  • Cover and let the cheese melt and the bread get toasted.
  • Close the sandwich, cut it in half, and serve with Honey
