Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Orzo
- 1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Stock
- 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp White Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Parsley, Minced
Directions:
- In a medium pot heat up Pasta and Garlic.
- Add Stock, Salt, and Pepper to it.
- Bring to boil then cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat then add lemon juice, butter, and parsely.
- Mix properly and serve.
